in you'll meet owner Mike Moran, who is continuing the family tradition. Mike is the smiling face of Top Hat today and took
over the business in 1984 when Mum and Dad, (Top Hat founders Pat & Mike Moran), moved on to other projects.
Whenever you pop
in it's most likely Mike's face you'll see; a keen rugby fan he's always ready for a chat about that or just about any topic
you care to choose!
